That's Not Studios ("we") is operated from West Tawakoni, Texas, USA. This notice explains what we collect through this website and by email, and what we do with it.

This website

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and uses no tracking pixels. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in the course of serving them; see Google's privacy policy for how it handles that request.

Email you send us

When you write to us, we keep your message, your email address and anything you attach for as long as the conversation is live and for our records afterwards. We use it only to reply, to evaluate a casting application or a brand enquiry, and to prepare an agreement if we go ahead.

Casting applications

Your self-tapes and the details you send with them are reviewed by the founder and kept while your application is open. If we don't go ahead, you can ask us to delete it and we will. We never ask for identification documents, bank details or personal information before an agreement is signed, and we never ask for payment.

Performers and clients under agreement

Once an agreement is in place, we hold the information needed to perform it: contact details, payment details for the payment service we use, tax forms required by US law, and the footage and files produced under the agreement. Each agreement states how long that is kept.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with services needed to run the business (email, cloud storage, payment transfer) and with a client brand to the extent an agreement says so, such as a performer's name for an on-screen credit.

Your choices

Write to studio@thatsnotstudios.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we're not required to keep it.
