What the site is for

The site describes our services and how to contact us. Nothing on it is an offer that binds either of us; engagements with brands and performers are governed by the written agreement each party signs.

Our content

The text, marks, badge and design of this site belong to That's Not Studios and the That's Not Acting house. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution. Don't reproduce the marks or present yourself as acting for us.

Disclosure

Video we produce in which a performer endorses or demonstrates a product is paid work and is labelled as such on frame and through each platform's paid-partnership tools. Our performers are credited by name and are not customers or independent reviewers of the products they present.

No fees to performers

We never charge performers to apply, train or work with us. Any request for payment made in our name is fraudulent; please report it to studio@thatsnotstudios.com.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate but don't warrant that it is error-free, and we aren't liable for loss arising from reliance on it beyond what the law doesn't allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
